Is there a way to force a page break in a report. Could I use an event in the report to look at a line of data and if a condition is correct force a page break at that point.

There is a pagebreak control that can be added to a report.

But, it appears you are trying to do something programmatically. Can you provide greater detail or an example?

Like Twinnyfo has mentioned, there is a PageBreak Control. If you were to add one to the Details section of the Report, you could use something like the following to perform the page break:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers

The file I''m working with is an old DOS file. In that file when the person wanted a page break the put an X in one of the fields. So it looks like I can test for the X and if true create the page break.
