我自己的prabhat saxena，我第一次使用这个网站，所以我不知道如何访问这个网站，
我的问题是： - >即时通讯使用vsual studio 05与水晶报告XI R2以及数据库sqlserver，
但我想在运行时将数据库从sqlserver更改为oracle，
是否有可能？如果可能的话你可以给我一个样品申请吗？

my self prabhat saxena, i am using first time this site, so i don,t know how can access this site,
actualy my problem is:-> i m using vsual studio 05 with crystal report XI R2 and also database sqlserver,
but i want to change the database at runtime from sqlserver to oracle,
is it possible or not? if possible then can u provide me a sample application?
if u dont know then can u pass my question to any other person, who solve my problem?

This is possible.
However if you are switching your database from, say, MSSql Server to an Oracle server you require different types of drivers to be able to access them.
So if you want your software to support both types of databases, you''ll have to use the preprocessor directives to do this....look up preprocessor directives to better understand them. But essential these directives tell the processor what code to compile and what code not to compile.
So..that way you can compile the code for the database that you want to use...
