I have internet access through wired network, which terminates on my LAPTOP pc.

I have acer aspire 5920N and nokia N70
Both devices have blue tooth support.

Now I want to know How do i access internet on my nokia cell phone? there is blue tooth common in both the devices.
Can I access internet from cell via Bluetooth ?

OK, I had a look at the first few entries that search gave me and found, that GNUBox is the piece of software you''re looking for. Search for "GNUBox" and "N70" on Google. That should give you both a download as well as instructions on how to do it.
