If somebody had told me about this I wouldn''t beleave it. But I''ve seen it myself.
This bug is only happans on Windows XP, with Access2K and AccessXP (I havn''t checked with 2003). And, it happans only with Windows XP style ! Not with Classic style ! (Yes, I am talking about display appearance !).
This bug has many "faces", I''ll try to describe the simplest way to reproduce it.
1. Create an MDB database with one form.
2. In startup properties, uncheck "show database window", and make the created form as startup form.
3. Open the database (maximized). You must see the form in access window (and nothing else).
4. Move the form down, so that the half of it is hidden and the vertical scrollbar appears on Access window.
5. Pull the scrollbar down (so that the form moves up and unhidden). At this step, the scrollbar does not disappear (as it should), although nothing is hidden any more.
6. Move the form up. Pull the scrollbar up. Make the scrollbar disappear.
7. Now, try to move the form. It frozed !
As I''ve mentioned above, frozen window is the lightest form of that bug, wich actually has some very unpleasant side effects. I did not find any reference to it on the web, I''ll appreciate any thoughts about it.

I haven''t experienced this and I use Access 2K on Windos XP all the time. There are some update patches for Acess 2K that you might be missing. That''s the only thing I can think of.
