Did you turn on the snapshot monitor for bufferpools?

On command line:
db2 update monitor switches bufferpool on
db2 get snapshot on.....

I would suggest you spend some time reading the DB2 Admin Guide -
Performance.
A lot of the questions you have been asking lately are quite extensively
discussed in there and you would save yourself time as well as gain a
better understanding of what your database is telling you.
