I am using MS Access 2000 - I am trying to do a calculation in the footer of a report I have. There are several columns of checkboxes titled accepted, rejected, etc for the jobs(records) that go across. I am trying to make a ratio formula to count the number of checks under the "accepted" column based on the total number of checks all together-then the number of checks under "rejected" column based on the total and so on.
I tried using the formula
=Sum([Accepted])
and
=Count([Accepted])
just to see if they would add the checks and I keep getting an error-#Error.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
