anyone have any idea why there have been (at least) 82 VS 2008 post-release
messages here on the C# board but only 5 on the VB.NET board; are the VB
crowd just not interested??
strikes me as a significant difference but I''m not sure what to make of it

There seem to be two equally plausable alternatives:
1 - C# developers are cutting edge folks, while the VB guys are lazy and
still focused on VB6.
2 - C# people here have no lives, and even during Thanksgiving week continue
to do work related stuff.
It''s gotta be option 1.
I, for one, know, for sure, that I don''t fall into category two. Nope. Not
me.

As Chris says, surely it can''t be because we in the C# newsgroup have
nothing better to do. :)
For what it''s worth, as far as I know there''s no major language upgrade
in 2008 for VB.NET, but there is for C#. So perhaps that''s at least
part of the difference.
