This is probably a simple fix, but I need to get this site working on IE 6.0. It works fine on IE 7 and Firefox. I was also having issues with Safari on the MAC. Can someone give me some suggestions.

If you look at it using IE 7 or Firefox the right hand column and menu all work fine. When viewing in IE 6 you will see that the menu has dropped below fold as well as the thumbnail photos. The rollover states on the navigation menu don''t work as well.

There are a couple of things to do that could be affecting the styles. Firstly the link in the header to the main.css stylesheet is not closed, this leads to a validation error. Something else that causes a validiation error is that the ID thumboutline is used multiple times, if this is being used to apply styles use class instead. The validation results can be seen here.

Once you have corrected these you should try reducing the width of the centreCol div, or one of the others as I would expect that the width of the three divs across the page is greater than the width of the containing div which causes the rightCol div to drop below. This would be because IE6 has a dubious box model.

Hey, I made the revisions to the code that you suggested. It''s getting a little better however I''m still having alignment and wrapping issues in IE 6 browsers. I also can''t get the hover state to work in IE 6.

I validated the code and it is compliant, so what am I doing wrong? any suggestions would be appreciated.
