我是Asp.Net的新手，并且对web.config文件感到困惑，单个Web应用程序可以有多个web.config文件吗？如果是这样，那么我们可以把它们放在哪里以及它们将如何工作，意味着它对应用程序的影响是什么？应用程序启动时会发生哪个文件设置？

I am new with Asp.Net and bit confused with web.config file, Can there be more than one web.config file for single web application? If so, then where we can put them and how will they work , means what would be it''s impact on application? which file''s setting will take place when the application starts?

I really thankfull to you for your efforts , but if an application having some folder ,e.g default page is kept under default folder, pages of customer are kept under the customer folder , and billing pages are kept under billing folder,now is it possible to have web.config file in each of above folder ? And if it''s then what will be the effect?
