As Michael mentioned, the visual studio''s vswebcache is a cache folder
under the user profile directory:

c:\Documents and Settings\[Username]\VSWebCache\

BTW, is there any particular requirement that you need to clean it up.
Generally, it is a internal managed folder which is not intended to be
access by users.

I don''t have a \Documents and Settings\[Username]\VSWebCache\ folder.

I do have a folder named :
\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\WebsiteCache

Why don''t I have a VSWebCache folder ?
I have both VS2005 and VS 2008 installed, and am running Windows Server 2003.
