Most of the experts won''t risk opening an unknown file. To expedite getting an answer to your question can I suggest that you post the meta data of the two tables and a list of the fields you want in the output file along with details of any calculations.

also, the first row in the output you provided has a rate that is missing from tblAllDedRate (48.00, should be 48.60?) is that a typo?
