我知道我可以通过Excel / Word发布但是这些删除格式等
因此总是需要一定程度的操作。

and therefore always require some degree of manipulation.
My report data obviously changes from time to time and I want to avoid
having to reformat/update manually.

I would too be interested in an answer to this.
At the moment, I print the document to a pdf using pdf995 and then copy the
information into Powerpoint. This works for reports and graphs from Access.
The other way I tried was to use automation and create the reports directly
in Word / Excel.

There is a detailed article and a couple of KB articles on the MS site
dealing with publishing reports to Snapshot format where the reports
will be updated on a regular basis.
Less complex, would be to embedd the Snapshot ActiveX control, one on
each Slide of your presentation. Setup each control to point to the
propert page of your report.
Another alernative would be to use the ReportUtilities on my site to
publish your Report to a series of Enhanced Metafiles(EMF''s), one for
each page of your report. The result is the same as exporting to
Snapshot format. EMF''s are directly insertable onto your Slide and are
fully scaleable/resolution independant. You could automate the process
completely with abit of VBA code.

I guess it depends what you''re aiming for. Your choices are:
* Take a screen shot of the report, and paste the image into PPT.
Crop the window edges.
* Export your data to html, or xml, and use a css to apply the
formatting.
* Write OLE Automation code to post your Access data into PowerPoint
through VBA code.
