I manage to compile a program and it created all this files:

The program geting installed and runs properly but I only wanted to create a standalone program .exe without setup, without certificates and without to require any other files to run, except the .exe

Can you guys explain me why are all this files for?

What I have tried:

They are the files created by the Publish option. If you just want the .exe file then use Build to create it, but do not use Publish.
