I am etting following error while loading one of my projects in VS2017 windows 10.

The Web Application Project SomeWebProject is configured to use IIS.  Unable to access the IIS metabase. You do not have sufficient privilege to access IIS web sites on your machine.

I tried running Visual Studio 2017 as an Administrator. But getting same error.

After some R&D, I found following steps to fix this:
First, I have to install Windows Feature as below

Control Panel >> Turn on/Off Windows Feature >> Internet Information Services ?? Web Management Tool >> IIS6 Management Compatibility >> IIS Metabase and Configuration.

And later set Visual Studio run as administrator.
