You can't.

There is nothing special you can set to make the the folder invincible. The only thing that can make it "mostly" undeletable and unmodifyable is setting permissions appropriately on the folder so the only account that can do anything to it is the local System account.

But, even then, if you're very clever, you can still kill off or rename the folder. (I'm not going to say how.)
