I have some questions relative to the mobile payment coding. I'd like to know how do we code a mobile payment solution that will work through telecoms like T-Mobile, Orange and so on...

I don't Know how they test the application to make shure that it will work perfectly when it wil be presented to a telecoms enterprize.
Is there an emulator tha we use to simulate all the transactions?
