We have a VB Program that we have been building an MSI with the VB Installer Setup project for a while now. Using Windows 7 Pro/64,

Yesterday all of a sudden we cannot build the MSI anymore due to the error message
Unable to update the dependencies of the project. The dependencies for the object '...DLL' cannot be determined.

for several DLLs.
CookComputing.XmlRpc.dll
Newtonsoft.Json.dll

Some times even other DLLs.

We have opened/closed/Rebooted and re-installed the latest VB 2017 now at level Community 15.7.5

The program was recently (weeks ago) updated from VB 2010 and a new MSI was built using 2017 (several times with no errors). (Double clicking on the sln file still opens VS2010)

Can someone please tell me how to get this fixed?
