创意：作为用户登录后，上传文件（例如Word文档） - >程序更改Word文档中的文本格式（格式如字体，字体大小，文本颜色）。不同的用户可以定义不同的格式。并且应该有机会设置不同的格式标题和不同的普通文本（如MS Word中的样式）



我的第一个版本是，应该使用VisualBasic。现在听说可以使用HTML是真的吗？也许还有另外一个想法如何实现它？



我尝试过：

What kind of programming language would be better/ easily to program

Idea: As user after login, upload file (for example Word document) -> program change text formatting in Word document (formatting like font, font size, text colour). Different users this formatting could be different defined. And there should be opportunity to set different formating to heading and different to normal text (like Styles in MS Word)

My first version was, that should use VisualBasic. Now heared that could use HTML is it true? Maybe there is another idea how to realise it?

What I have tried:

Started project in VisualBasic. Can upload document, add text.
Can't understand how to check specific text style like Heading, normal tex, or table for formatting
