TF400017：本地工作空间的工作空间属性表<< systemname>>：<< username>>无法打开
抛出Microsoft.TeamFoundation.VersionControl.Client.InvalidWorkspacePropertiesTableException类型的异常

tf you will lost all your pending changes and need to re-get latest.
If you can still find the *.tfb files, then delete all the *.tf1 files and rename all tfb to tf1
