Hi,
I have different active domains in my azure account and each domain having different subscriptions. for getting each domain subscriptions we are using App ID and App secrete.
Now my question is : i need a common app id and app secrete for the all domains to get the subscriptions. Only i need to change to Tenant Id not app Id. How can i get using Azure Rest api (ARM).

Note: If we using Multi tenant ID concept , please provide solution in Azure rest API for how we are getting multiple domains subscriptions using single app id

What I have tried:

1. I created one app id in one domain and set property as Multi tenant id but i wont reflect in another domain .
