What I have tried:

My previous engineer wasnt brave enough to keep on going with the Project, so he quit. And i am persistant to go on with this Project. So in the meantime while i am hiring a new engineer and a new team, i need help to program some devices he left in my hands. And the problem is this one i mentioned. The device "mplab icd 3"communicates with the devices but i cant make it work. Anybody help?
