Hi, I am having problem with displaying an ASCII text for example:♥ in the console application.

What I have tried:

Normally, I do the coding at school and then copy the file and do the rest at house. However, the school's computer is able to view the symbol just fine while mine will display as "?" even though the program is exactly the same and I'm using MS Visual Studio 2010 same as the school. I bought my computer from US region though while the school's computer pretty sure is from Germany. Does that make any different?

Fonts.

Check what font you are trying to output in the two computers. The school computer is using a font you do not have installed. (Possibly because it's locale is different, but without looking at them myself I can't be sure.
