You should talk to the people who created the CamCard API - they should provide technical support and will know more about their product than we will. If they don't, then find another supplier and demand your money back!

But to just say "not give proper result" without us having any idea what your code looks like is unhelpful in the extreme - so when you talk to them, show them the relevant code fragments, and explain what it does that you didn't expect, or doesn't do that you did; or they will not be able to help you much either!
