I hardly believe that you cannot find how to open a project in visual studio. Its literally as easy as opening a document in word.

You go to File -> Open -> Project/Solution -> Browse to the VB solution on your hard drive. Given this question, the location of the VB solution is on your computer where you placed it. Only you know where it is located.
