I have looked at all tabs. The download tabs says no files uploaded but does not have a link to upload.

Have a look at this: Using the Article Editor (without losing your hair in handfuls)[^]
The final section is about Images, but it's the same process for source files for your app. Just ZIP them up (you can include the EXE and DLL files, but they will be removed from one version of the ZIP for virus / trojan security) and upload the ZIP. Then press the "insert into document" button to add them.
