Not possible. You could make a guess at it just by looking at the domain part of the address, but there is no guarantee that any particular address is used for personal or business use.

It is also impossible to verify if the email address even exists without sending some kind of "verify link" to a website on your side where the recipient has to click to tell you that the email address is indeed active.
