I am using vs2010 with asp.net c#. I am bind the google map to the div using google api its working fine when connecting internet after disconnect the internet map not showing in the div what is the problem any give me the solution for this case.

What I have tried:

Tried to bind the Google map without internet connection.

If there will be no internet, how can your website download the data from Google server?
If there will be no internet, how can one view your website?

So as far I know, that's not possible by design.
