Sit down and work out what information you need to store.
You will probably start with two "sheets of paper" - companies seeking recruits, and recruits seeking companies. So thera er going to be at least two tables involved.
Start listing the information each "side" of the business is going to need to know: and start breaking it out into different "groups", some of which will be common to both sides.
For example, an address / contact details table will probably be applicable to both companies and clients. A company will probably have several jobs, so those want to be separate tables, probably with a "linking" tables. Similarly, a client will probably be suitable for several jobs, so you'll want a way of linking them as well.
Work on it for a while as a "paper exercise" and play with the data - how well does it work when you try to perform "normal" actions with it? What do you need to record? When?
At some point, you will find you have the whole DB design worked out without actually realizing it... :laugh:
