There is no "generic" way that will ensure it will work, and certainly no secure way. Some site will allow you to pass the login details via a query string attached to the URL, but this is generally insecure in the extreme since the login details are effectively public.
Others require you to have a valid cookie set, or to go via a login form.

You will have to examine the individual web site(s) that you want to access, and treat each appropriately - we can't tell you "do this and it'll work" because there is no solution which is guaranteed to work for any two sites, much less all sites. And be aware that unless you have full control of the site you are accessing, it may be subject to change at any time - many of the more secure sites deliberately change login forms and procedures to prevent automated logins.
