Most probably the wrong section to ask this, but my question does also not fit to "bugs and Suggestion".

I spend now about three days to communicate with a USB-Hid device and I like to share all these experiences in CP. Three days… after this I would say it should be possible to communicate with a USB-Hid device in less than one day, but I struggled on so many details because I was the real noob in this case.

For me it is neither a Tip nor worth for an article, it is just an experience report. Where should I write this?

It sounds like a Technical Blog would be the appropriate type for this. You'll have to set up a blog on another site, then make sure CodeProject pulls from it.
