可以通过  使用 Web API或WCF ?????? ???????????????? b 
 
i对Web API没有明确的想法.... 
 
其实我读了一些关于WebAPI的文章，但还不清楚它是什么。
 
有人可以告诉它它是什么&我们可以在哪里使用它。

actually i read some article about WebAPI but couldnt get a clear idea still of what it is.

can someone please tell in short of what it is & where we can use it.
