i downloaded AjaxControlToolkit.Installer.15.1.4.0 .and installed it but i did not get tollkit in toolbox.how to get rid of it.....

On your Toolbox Panel right click and choose "add tab".

Name the new tab "Ajax Control Toolkit"

Right click under the new tab where it says: "There are no usable controls..." and click "Choose Items".

A "Choose Toolbox Items" dialog appears.

Under ".NET Framework Controls" choose Browse.

Navigate to the directory where you have extracted the Ajax Control Toolkit.

Find  SampleWebSite\Bin directory.

Choose AjaxControlToolkit.dll and click Open button.

After a while the dialog populates with the controls (they should be all selected by default).

Confirm with OK.

As per your comment, ajax toolkit is already downloaded. Just install it in your machine.
Once it completes installation, you can find a tab like "Ajax Control Toolkit v1.5" in your toolbox. Now you are done with your installation, just drag and drop controls from toolbox to your .aspx page. Moreover follow below link:
