My question is how to combine that project into my existing project i want to link it?

You don't want to combine them. Your website will produce a single dll and it sounds like you'll have mixed up code. I suggest having one solution with both websites in it. You can always configure IIS however you want to make one a subdomain of the other or a subfolder but in Visual Studio keep them separate.
