what i am trying to do is when the user tries to save the image (using right click), when the user views the image on his machine, it is empty or another image!

I read somewhere that we can add transparent image over the image in away that when they save the file they actually save the transparent image and not the image itself.

It is seems you missing something very important about how web pages are working...
When the client look at the image on your page that image already downloaded to the client computer and saved in some temp folder...
So even to saved directly by the user the image already on that computer and can be extracted very easily...
One also can load your page form code and analyse it for images and download all the images from code, without any user interaction...
So as you can see you can not prevent the user from keeping the image...
If you really value those images, you may consider a kind of watermark, that can be removed only after payment...
