In my sign up form have email option how to put check on email that field the entered email is valid or not like if some one write [e-mail], [e-mail] which is invalid will get error email is not valid if write valid email which is have available on server show valid email.

You can't verify that an email is valid, the only way to verify the address is to send it an email with an activation code\link that the user clicks to verify their account.

If by "validate" you mean you want to check if an email address exists, there's no chance to do it, unless... an email has been successfully send and email server does not return an information about errors.
