I'm converting asp.net 1.0 to asp.net 4.5. In that project some classic asp pages also available over there i'm getting this error

That's asp (now referred to as "Classic ASP"), not asp.net 1.0. There is no way to convert that code to asp.net, it will need to be rewritten from scratch.
