You should first look around because I and a lot of others could advise you on what the best CMS would be, but you know what you are looking for and you are also the one that has to work with it. You can very easily look around the different .net CMS implementations because most of them have a nice demo that let's you try it out. Included a few links with .net CMS listings and some additional info.
