I want to edit site in wordpres , i logged in as admin in www.site/wp-admin , clicked edit site = sites = chosen site and then i took me to the editor (html/visual) but there was only small part of the content i want to edit on site. I want to edit texts on the site , which are not posts.

this[^] is where it takes me when i press edit site . as you can see there is only small content of site there. Where can i find full conetn?

I don't understand the language but the UI on that page is of Post Editor, not the Site editor.

Site editor, or in other manner theme editors are provided under the Appearance settings. You should look under that option, also it requires that you have purchases the theme before you can edit it. Otherwise you cannot edit the theme, or you have to write a theme from scratch.
