所以当转移到客户时我不是想要安装sql server

有没有框架有sql serever快递版？

或任何其他方式在没有安装sql server的情况下在客户运行这个应用程序

Uhm... no. You cannot program against a database and not install it on the client. Why use a database when you did not want to install it?
