Hi all,
when i am trying to access a cardreader connected through usb serial port(COM3) there is a issue and it says "CTS_SIGNAL_OFF_ERROR". Does anyone know about this, please help me with a solution

Verify that your application (virtual) serial port settings, specifically the hardware control flow ones, match the ones of the card reader device.

CTS is an RS232 signal which is received by the PC and is generally used for flow control: it stands for "Clear To Send".

Presumably the driver that your connected hardware is interfacing to has checked and found the signal is not high and is telling you that the device is not ready.

Talk to the manufacturers of the device: They will know more than we do, and there is a good chance that it's either a hardware fault, a connection problem, or you are using the wrong COM port. Either way, we can't do anything to fix it from here!
