I want to add the values from this screen to my database. I'm using SqlQuery ("Insert into ... ") to add those records. But the problem is how i add the value from radioButton if its Single/Married ?

Also i need to load values from the table for user (Selected in listbox) including the status value..

Does anyone can help me out with this.
