I am making a game and I am new to it.I have 6 dices. I want that on click of button or when check box is checked, the particular dice does not get roll but when its not it does?

OK - I wouldn't do it that way: I'd create a Dice class, and give it a "Hold" property, and a "Roll" method, as well as an "Image" property.

(In fact, I'd probably make it a UserControl so it can display itself - but that's the advanced course!)

Then, the Roll method checks the Hold property, and only changes the value if the property is false. Your button or checkbox sets the Dice.Hold property appropriately.
