Hello everybody, How i can develop smart web app that learn from experience such amazon -ebay,
as example: if you want to buy a book for game programing then amazon system will show you more book results relating to game book , which mean the system of amazon will suggest or recommand you more books, so please how i can develop such system , is that come from relational database or some kind of semntic web?
