When i create database in my SQL server 2012 then error shows

"CREATE DATABASE permission denied in database 'master'."

You probably have not granted yourself appropriate permissions when setting up the user accounts.

I had the same problem and followed the advice I found on google to quickly overcome it e.g. msdn blog[^], stack overflow[^], etc[^]

Be aware that you need to be logged onto the PC/Server with an account that has admin rights when sorting this out
