using the code from above link but getting errors

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input

 Uncaught ReferenceError: timoutID is not defined

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'style' of null

 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'style' of null

the checkbox doesnot get populated with records fron database , the datable has records but after binding to checkbox nothing gets displayed in checkbox & even not able to click it

i tried to fix the errors but culd not as one error is on blank space at the first line
second error is Cannot read property 'style' of null the control is defined still style not getting applied
