There are free webhosts such as Heliohost[^] which give you unlimited subdomain but they don’t support .NET framework 4 so we can’t run ASP MVC websites on them. On the other hand there are webhosts such as somee[^] which support .NET framework 4 but they give you just one subdomain.

I couldn't find any free webhost which provides multiple subdomain and support of .NET framework 4 together. Does anyone know such free webhost?

My experience with free hosts is pretty much that you get what you pay for: a lot of the time, what you get is nothing. Pick a host (preferably in your native language) and pay a small fee each year - you will get a much, much better result.
