But am just asking about sheet or tags where i will take the print. because in case rings, glasses, bangles have special designs tags. Can any one help me how could I get those paper or tags or sheets where a I can take the printed bar code.

There are a number of problems here: barcode printing is not just a case of "stick it through the machine and print". Particularly if you are using an inkjet printer, it can be difficult to get a barcode that reads at all, and that remains readable for a good period of time - ink is absorbed into the card and this can cause the black bars to spread, narrowing the white bars - this can render your barcode unreadable, particularly with smaller tickets.

You might need to look at a profession label printer - which will come with teh appropriate material to print on.
