I am using Visual Studio 2010 with an extension of SharpGL library. am still new to this program though, not sure how to begin with.

1. How do i access bitmap image from my drive and save it as an image buffer?
2. How do i render the 2D grayscale image(which i initiated into the buffer) to a 3D image with camera view?
3. How do i apply the colourization base on my image that defined by the height of the pixels?

would love to know if there's any detailed guide for SharpGL as well, tried NeHe but it doesn't seem to provide a lot of information about rendering an image into 3D view

Great thanks if anyone would share more information about this OpenGL extension. :)
