I am asking a question, because i am not having any accurate knowledge about it.
I want to develop a classified web , I have experience in both MVC and ASP.net web forms but i am not having any sound experience about seo. Because these sorts of web application will survive only because of the seo. The one more point is about server requirements because if i made classified web then it demands more space for images , videos . Kindly give me instructions about this where to start and how to start regarding seo and server requirements.

I believe in terms of space you can use a normal server for a start-up. When the size of images and videos increase you will require CDN servers live YouTube , DailyMotion. They have servers at different places which helps to manage data and load at the same time. This also helps to give personalized experience to your user. I am not sure about the SEO stratregy.
