3：然后选择嵌入图像....单击新图像并从文件夹中取出图像并单击确定..

4：然后继续图像属性并选择数据....填充源=嵌入式

值=图像名称（在扩展前采取）

mimet类型= image / jpeg（或在给出值后自动选择）

1: Take a image control on report from toolbox...
2: then go on menu bar and click on report...
3: then select embedded image ....click new image and take the image from your folder and click ok..
4: then go on image property and select data....fill source= embedded
value= image name (take before extension)
mimet type= image/jpeg (or automatically should pick after give value)
